I have autoimmune arthritis and have been scared to get back into a gym since my last major flare up, but Dawn has helped me overcome that fear and is helping me regain strength in a way that is tailored to my individual needs and limitations. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in and she is a joy to be around! There is no better investment than your health!

Dawn is amazing! I work odd hours and juggle 4 teenagers at home and Dawn works with my schedule to make sure I have plenty of options for getting in my workout. She is positive and encouraging and a true joy to work with.

Our gym instructor, is a hard worker dedicated professional and is always available to serve. Top notch!!

Dawn is amazing! I hate (HATE) exercise. But, she makes it fun, effective and you actually want to work with her and work out! She takes the time to get to know you, your schedule, like/dislikes and of course, what your goals are and she hangs in there with you to ensure you get the results you want.

Dawn is willing to accommodate ones schedule (I am self employed and have a toddler-enough said) and I have to say she really does make something I loathe, something I enjoy. Bonus...great results! I highly recommend her for your fitness needs. She is amazing!

Not only is Dawn great with helping adults achieve their goals; she is fabulous with kids. My son is an avid golfer but definitely needed help with strength training. Dawn was perfect for him and gave him so much one on one time that definitely help him improve his game.
