With his help, I've gained so much strength and confidence in myself already! The workouts are difficult but they are adjusted based on your fitness level. I've learned that workouts don't have to spend hours in the gym every day to get results. Doug is very professional and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend B-6 fit!
