She takes her time and she's a perfectionist which I love because I'm always so picky about the shape of my nails. She's very personable and I always hated going to nail salons because they were never friendly. Mona makes you feel welcome and you are comfortable telling her if you have any issues with the nails while she does them and she is happy to help you get the look you want. I never refill my nails but I surely will with Mona!!
