This could not have been an easier process for someone who has never rented a unit. I reserved online and when I got there Anthony happily showed me the unit to make sure it met my needs and did not hesitate to show me a smaller size when I asked. He answered all my questions and also happily helped me figure out the lock when I asked him. The prices online were exactly what I got when I showed up which was not the experience I had at another place I had also visited prior. I appreciate the honesty, great customer service and transparency in pricing.

The staff was extremely helpful, resourceful and very courteous. One of the best experiences I’ve had in renting a storage area. They made everything so much nicer and easier which is greater appreciated.
