One of his guys Lenny was very accommodating and gave me the time to assess my car before hooking up vehicle. My past experiences with other companies is that will immediately hook up just to collect the fee. Highly recommend.
(October 6, 2018, 10:39 pm)They answered the phone at 9:45pm on a Saturday night. We tried 6 places that claimed to be 24 hours but this was the first one that actually answered our call. They confirmed that a driver was available within 5 minutes. I received a phone call from the driver almost instantly who got my location information and provided an accurate ETA. We got great service and totally recommend them!

(June 2, 2017, 4:38 pm)Hook & Book tow services are very reliable and affordable. My SUV stalled and wouldn't start. I called several tow operations and got machines and excuses, but when I called Hook & Book I got a responsive and knowledgeable person on the other end of the line. Hook & Book is friendly and professional! They stuck with their 15-20 minutes ETA and arrived on the scene promptly. Cisco is a tow master and made hook up seem too easy and simple. The vehicle was towed to the shop safely and quickly. H&B is a model of how towing should work and how a stranded motorist should be serviced!
