  I want to specifically bring Dr. Parkinson (Tyler) to attention. He has wonderful bedside manners! He explained things in layman's and "doctor" terminology which really made the situation with our cat make sense. He discussed pricing before attempting anything, dropped in to discuss updates, making us feel better about the situation. He has an exceptional personality for this profession. Ace the cat thanks you! Only downside was being in the office for almost 3 hours.

  I visited this clinic only needing an E-collar for my in-laws Dalmatian. Despite not having the dog with me, they were very helpful and worked with me to find and purchase the appropriately sized E-collar. I was very pleased with their customer service.

  My little dog ate something bad and had to get it surgically removed at another location and came here for a post op overnight care. The nurse i talked to (Ron) was was extremely nice and understanding. I had gone through an emotional roller coaster, they were extremely backed up (probably because it was right when most vet clinics started to close so they had to come to the ER), and i hadn't eaten all day so i was on edge. When it came to explaining the bill, he patiently explained they're plan and cost for everything. It was a pet ER clinic, so i was expecting to pay a lot and it was quoted to be a lot (estimated $650 min - $950) but he was patient, kind, and didn't push anything and waiting until i was comfortable with everything. The next morning, i came in and my pup was looking so much better and it cost $450 in the end. So they didn't need to use everything they quoted, only what they had to saving me a good chunk of change. They were fantastic! Will definitely come back... though i hope i never have to :P
