Customer service is exceptional! Requested a custom starboard console door. The first unit was made slightly oversized due to a cad error. Fabricated a replacement door but the hinges were not as requested. Spoke to customer service representative and they promptly remade the door with a centerline horizontal hinge and it was promptly manufactured and sent out.

Everyone can make a mistake but it’s how you handle the customer that makes all the difference! Boat Outfitters is the best!

Ordered a beautiful white Nativity Scene for my outside Christmas decorations this year. The set came promptly and was very easy for a 73y/o woman to set up (It’s very light weight yet sturdy for Chicago winters.). The display looks spectacular on my front lawn with a spot light at night. It collapses compactly and can easily be stored in the flat box shipping box. Kudos to Boat Outfitters for producing wonderful Christmas decorations that put the focus on the true meaning of this holiday that’s celebrated across our whole world!

They are the best! We had a shipping issue with a coosa board purchase, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to be sure we received what we ordered. And quickly!
