“Wow, talk about good customer service. Holidays are a nightmare in retail. So I felt really bad going into the store knowing I had an atypical problem. Michaels adjusts their price with in 7 days of a purchase. So when I got 2 skeins of yarn, then needed more the next day, I got online to find a location with it in stock. Lucky me, it was now buy 2 get 1 free AND $20 off $50... which meant 3 of them were now cheaper than the 2 I purchased the previous day. The manager spent a solid 30-45 min with me before she was able to adjust the price accordingly in their system to get me the additional skein and refund. All this the week before Christmas! Thank you so much for your time, patience and help at such a crazy time!!”
