Consumable Moments

Lovely liege waffle shop. Had one of their sweet waffles with apples, vanilla ice cream and dulce de leche drizzle. The waffle itself was good and they are generous with the toppings. The shop has a nice modern look and good service. It took about 20 minutes for the food to be served.

My only criticism is that the waffle seemed a bit undercooked, lacking that crispy, caramelized sugar bite you get from classic Liege waffles.

The waffle dishes are really delicious. You can choose from the menu or top your own waffles. Plan for the food to take up to 25 minutes even if you are the only person dining in. Friendly staff.

Love this new addition to Lake Nona, the service is amazing, and the food is equally amazing, the waffles are sweet and savory and there’s a variety of other healthy options to chose from as well. With my big work load, consumable moments gives me a place to peacefully work and study and get a delicious bite to eat!! I completely recommend :)

Came here for a work function and honestly didn’t know what I was getting myself into... but it was a fantastic surprise!!! First off, every restaurant’s chance of getting someone to return is service; their service was top notch. Friendly, engaging, lighthearted and knowledgeable are the words I would use to describe the staff and owners. Next of course is good and theirs did NOT disappoint. I had a “Spicy Italian” savory waffle. It’s basically a sausage and pepperoni pizza inverted, and it was wonderful! The ingredients are top quality and full of flavor. My only small complaint is the portion of the marinara sauce dipping was small. To be fair, I didn’t ask for more so that very well could have been an option, but it was too good to take the time :). The. For dessert I had an “Easy as Apple Pie” sweet waffle. All made fresh to order, down to a freshly sliced Granny Smith apple. Delicious!

A nice quaint shop. Love the staff and the essence of the place. First time I went the waffle had a great taste but it was cold and hard to eat. The second time I ordered it fresh and it was perfect but it tasted like the waffle iron. The third time it was room temp and edible. I went early on in the opening and believe they just had new business hiccups but that would not stop me from going back. Definitely a great addition to the lake Nona area.
