I live less than a mile away and take both of my vehicles there for repairs - from something simple like a tire repair to replacing an alternator. Each visit is met by a professional and courteous staff. On one of my recent trips, I did not have transportation to go get my car when the repairs were complete. It was a very busy Saturday appointment. The Store Manager, Alex F., drove to my home and picked me up so I would not have to leave my car there until Monday morning! When I say they go above and beyond for their customers, I mean it! Thanks everyone for your expert and kindly care!

(August 21, 2018, 2:14 pm)After having a horrible experience elsewhere, I went to Tires plus to buy new tires. I called and talked to David and he was very polite and gave great customer service. I was also very pleased when the manager Alex was honest with me and told me that my alignment was good. I walked out spending less than I thought I would. Isaiah did a great job installing my tires and even put the tire shine on them. I will be defiantly going back.
