  James is fantastic. He gave us his rates right over the phone and told us he could be here the same day we called. It was on very short notice and on a SUNDAY! He was very professional and extremely nice. He fixed our A/C by replacing the capacitor in less than 10 minutes after arriving. We will always recommend him to everyone. Thanks again so much James!!

  We had our air go out Saturday morning. The technician called within 20 minutes and arrived 20 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue, explained the options and replaced the part within 15 minutes. We received fast, friendly and very knowledgeable service from Louis!! Great to get exceptional customer service!! Highly recommend!!

  Our air was out when we got home this afternoon. We called nine AC companies before we found Service Star. They sent Mike out right away! He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to get our air back on in a short time span! We where very grateful and pleased. We joined the maintenance plan as well. Thank you Service Star and thank you Mike!

  Louis and his crew did such an outstanding job from start to finish! Initially when we had our unit inspected we weren’t planning on buying a new system but we had been having mold/condensation problems due to mismatched carrier/handler. So we didn’t hesitate to get on board once he said we had active mold spores. We got the Rheem system and Louis explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and educated us in the process. We appreciate the entire teams professionalism and haste with this matter (installed the next day). We love our new system and our Quality air. Thank you so much for taking care of us!
