AT&T Store

Had problems over the phone with accessing my business account. Upon entering the store, I was greeted very friendly by all 3 staff members. Alexandra went above and beyond with helping me get what I needed 😊 Such a relief after wasting time on the phone and at another At&t location (narcoossee) Don't go to another store!

Store manager michael ortiz was of great help and very kind, cuatomer service was amazing when having to solve the issue i was dealing with!

My fiancé and I have our business account with AT&T and were having some issues with it and Alex did an awesome job helping us fix them! We also upgraded both of our phones and she made it all super easy and stress free. The worst part of going into a sales store is having people try to force feed you more products to buy but Alex was very understanding of what we wanted and never tried to push anything on us. We highly recommend this particular AT&T store!
