  I have been shopping with Allen at Kays for about 3 years now. I can tell you that he is honest and fair. Kays has a great no questions asked warranty plan as well. Once you pay one time if you ever have a problem or lose a stone they will replace your jewelry right away. Such a great customer experience!!

  The employees of this store are absolutely amazing! Ms. Mildred and Ms. Kelly in particular helped me pick out a pair of earrings and a necklace that my girlfriend absolutely loved. I had no idea what to look for when I entered, but they took the time to explain to me what each descriptor meant and were willing to share their honest opinions about the jewelry we were looking at, so that I would be satisfied with my purchase. I love this store and the people in it and it will be the only pace I plan on buying any future jewelry.

  Great customer service! Very professional. Staff goes to great lengths to find the right piece of jewelry for you and are very mindful of your budget.

  Sure they have nice jewelry but the best part of this Kay Jewelers has got to be the staff.
  
  I have a natural emerald wedding ring which was purchased and customized at a different Kay’s several years ago. It is perfectly me and I cherish this ring .... but things happen.
  I recently broke the stone and the team at this location really went out of their way to fix it!
  
  Soft, natural stones require some upkeep and Kay’s offers a wonderful insurance and maintenance plan which has proven worth it! They’ve taught me how to care for it and have been there for me when it was damaged!
  
  This is the place to go if you want a jewelry shop that cares about more than just sales.

  What a beautiful experience my husband and I just had at Kay Jewelers in Waterford Lakes! We went in the store in search for a wedding set to replace my lost one. Sales lady Mildred helped us and words can’t describe how wonderful she is! She was so kind and knew with a couple of questions what my style is. She was so patient and fun and I was able to try on a couple of sets until I found the one! It’s the perfect ring and it fits so we purchased it right away. Mildred cleaned it for me to make it even more beautiful and I was able to walk out with it on!! This was truly an emotional and very happy experience all thanks to Mildred!!!
