I shopped online all Summer for my 7 3/4 Stetson hat. It's a beauty and in typical Stetson fashion as made for round heads as it fit me tight from front to back on my egg head. So I discovered this almost hidden gem in Orlando where I live and paid them a visit. Oh let me tell you, Keith and Judy are the best. Even though, I had bought my hat elsewhere online their desire to serve didn't skip a beat. Had a nice talk with Judy as she schooled me on the wide range of hats available through Gone Country. She is very proud of her team of employees and they pack and ship hats all over the world. Well, we had been sitten, sippen coffee and waiten for her husband Keith to come back from an errand. I explained the problem to him and within minutes he returned with my hat reformed to comfortably fit my head. My struggle all Summer while shopping for hats was trying to find one large enough for my head. Come to find out Keith and Judy have a shipment due in of larger size hats up to size 8 and beyond. I'LL BE BACK!

I ordered a hat awhile back for one of my groomsmen that has to wear a size that's XXL. Not only did the exceed the expectations but also shipped the order very quickly and very well packaged. Very good quality hat. Love the hat so much that I am ordering my husband one for a wedding gift. I highly recommend this company for affordable cowboy hats and are very good quality product.

My husband and I went online and ordered his hat and paid through PayPal. Then we get a Text from Judy the owner to come to the warehouse in Orlando to pick up his hat and save shipping. We went down there they are Great people and Great customer service. They gave us back the shipping and sized my husbands hat right there. My husband ordered the wrong size by going there they fixed everything. We’re getting married May 20th. We needed this hat for the Wedding!! Best experience ever. We will buy all my husband hats there.

First let me say, I have a small head. It has been quite a challenge finding a hat that isn't a kid style/size. OMG!! I LOVE these hats!!! I ordered 2 to begin with high hopes...I am sure glad that I did!! I just ordered my 3rd and my Husband bought 3. He loves his too!! So fast on shipping and hats arrived in perfect shape. Don't think about it any further order it!!!
