I love my apartment it cozy and spacious. I feel safe here. I would definitely recommend Marbella Part apartment. I love the staff

I have lived in the complete for 4yrs. New m-ment resonly took over. I called the office manager (Erica ) To have my closet door repaired, with in 1hr. Closet door was repaired, New patio screen door ,and get this ,He even touched up my kitchen cabinets with paint ,2wks before Xmas Thank U soooooo very much Erica ,I feel the Love , The staff at Marbella is awesome, living here is peaceful ,Bless Life !!!

The new management is awesome, Erica is always on top of everything.
Our apartment is in very good shape, and small issues have been taken care of promptly...keep up.

These apartments are a lot bigger then your average size! Great customer service from the manager! Look forward to applying and moving in when my lease is up!
