Excellent experience, they got my generator up and running the same day I dropped it off, and level of experience was fantastic.
Great service, fast in and out, reasonable price and clear explanation. Much better than the other two repair shops I'd contacted and worked with in the past.
David was very accommodating, and communicative on the status. Was able to get my generator running in a few hours... just in time for a storm. I don't think it was that much cheaper than another shop, but I was happy to pay what I paid for him to get it running so quickly. It would have taken days to get the thing worked on in another shop. Definitely cheaper than buying another generator due to a spontaneous storm, or my lack of planning :). Will recommend.
Dave explained everything to me about my weedwacker and edger. He got them both fixed and running in less then an hour. Reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
