Richie helped us with what we went in for and he was so polite, friendly, professional and really knowledgeable. I really felt comfortable with Richie. I could tell that he enjoyed his work and his interaction felt really personable. My husband and I don’t go into the bank frequently but when we do again, it’ll be with Richie.
