Today was the single most pleasant experience I have ever had at an auto parts store. Alfredo assisted me right away upon entering the building and his attention to detail and customer service was top notch. If he is not managing the place, he should be or will soon be moving up to ladder. I came in with battery issues, Alfredo grabbed the amp meter and assessed the issue, then diagnosed as a bad battery. I showed him the original receipt, he grabbed the new battery and offered me the tools to disconnect the bad battery. He brought out the new battery to me in a cart while I was disconnecting the old one, and by the time I set the old in the cart he had the new receipt ($0.00 covered under warranty) and took the old battery and cart inside… he even offered for me to wash up and I said no need that my house was right around the corner. He just just made the transfer very fast and courteous. Thanks Orielly’s and thanks Alfredo! I really didn’t want to have to stop by today, because I thought it would take forever, but so glad I did… the whole process literally took less than 15min… and now I have peace of mind that my truck is going to start every time without question. I have never had that easy of an experience at any auto parts store, ever. I will of course be coming back for all my auto parts needs.
