  My mother and I went to Walgreens to purchase 130 toys for the Children's Holiday Party my hotel was throwing. Several different employees asked us if we needed help and brought us more carts and even a rolling cart they used. When we got to the register, I told the cashier, GITA, that she was in for the long haul. She smiled and started ringing away. About 2/3 of the way through, the register started to slow down. It was taking 3 times as long to ring up an item. Several customers were in line behind us and Gita called for assistance from another cashier so they would not have to wait. Many customers came in during this time and Gita greeted them by name.
  
  During the cashing out process, which must have taken at least 10 minutes, Gita was friendly and sweet. She had other employees come and help us carry the bags to our car. This entire experience was positive and fun! The entire staff I encountered at Walgreens were professional, friendly, and ready to assist. A BIG THANK YOU to Gita. You are a wonderful customer service representative!!!

  Ladies working in cosmetics are very knowledgeable and willing to assist anyway they can. It's so nice to come into a store and not have to beg a salesperson to wait on you.
