(January 19, 2019, 7:19 pm)I really liked this hotel! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and had some cool features, like the iPad you can use to control the heating, lights, etc. There's a small food court near the lobby with a bar, Starbucks, pizza shop, market, etc. which came in really handy. The pool area is nice and there's life guards on duty til late. The only downside I had was the really pushy staff member we dealt with when buying our tickets to the Universal theme park at the visitor/info section in the lobby. Overall, though, really enjoyed my stay here!
(January 19, 2019, 1:37 am)I had a great time at this hotel. Visited a friend in town from England. I ate in the hotel, visit the burger spot in the lounge area and say hello to Savanna she was amazing and treated us really great. Big respect to her for her service and the hotel is very beautiful. Great scenic location and an outstanding atmosphere.
Keep up the great work. They also have a restaurant here called Bar 17 on the 17th floor you would enjoy. You do not have to stay at this hotel to eat, the restaurants are open to the public. Will be by there again. ????????
(January 12, 2019, 8:52 pm)It is one of the best hotel experience that j have ever had. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful. The hotel was super clean, smelled good eveywhere. There is always some one cleaning. The life guards at the pool were very attentive and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
(December 15, 2018, 10:11 am)The entire facility was immaculate. Very clean and so very new still. The view was nice from the 8th floor, but our room faced the highway so we didn't get much in that... The shower was huge! The room had everything we needed. The staff was awesome and very friendly. However, the only reason I am removing a star is due to the quality of the bed. It was like sleeping on a rock slab. My hips and my back hurt every morning we got up. And after walking miles upon miles and spending a day at a time at the parks, you really NEED something comfortable to rest in. After all the purpose of a hotel is have a bed that you can sleep in overnight. They seemed to have missed that quintessential purpose with these overly firm mattresses. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and if they changed their mattresses I would definitely be staying there again.
