  The food was delicious and I cannot say enough good things about the employees. We had a party of 8 and while we had to wait any 45 minutes, we arrived at a very busy time (about 8 pm) and it was packed and they got us seated as soon as they could and they helped us first timers decide what to order. Everyone we talked to, including the manager was great. Again the first was fantastic and we can't wait to go again. We don't have one where we come from so it was a great experience.

  This is a must try place! The food was amazing, we had the Jerk chicken sandwich and Cuban. Both excited our expectations. The staff was blooming with excitement and seemed to enjoy being there as much as we did. Prices were great! We will make this a regular stop while on vacation :)

  You're in a tourist location so expect at least a bit of a wait on seating and/or food at heavy traffic times. Worth the wait though in my opinion with tasty food and plenty of options. Desserts are great too! If you can get seated on the patio, it adds a little *something* to the feel of your meal too. Overall a nice place to go eat and enjoy some tropical atmosphere, but not cheap and can be super hectic busy which can cause a not so 5 star experience. Still definitely worthy of 4 stars and a "go try it out" recommendation.

  Almost everything we had on the menu was good, our server was very polite, and the music was exceptional. The prices are slightly high, but more affordable than many things in Orlando. We really enjoyed the music and sitting on the patio. They had space heaters since it was cool, which made it very comfortable. In the summertime they had a lot of fans so I'm guessing it is also very comfortable.
