(January 3, 2019, 2:42 pm)The salesperson did not try to sell us something out of our budget. Unfortunately, we could not test drive a vehicle we saw on-linr. No fault of his. He tried to track down the keys to the car. He was respectful and helpful. As for the missing keys, he is not to blame. Thumbs up.

Went in looking for a Kia Soul and drove away with one, not to say that their other sales staff are not good, but our sales man was one of the best person I have ever bought from. He was positive, sensitive, friendly and very likable. He knew everything we wanted to hear, it’s like we knew each other for a long time. Great service, I will refer anyone who is looking for a Kia, to go Orlando Kia. Thank you for all you did for us.

(November 30, 2018, 6:42 pm)Had to turn in my Lexus IS lease and had test driven an Audi A5/S5, BMW 340i M sport, Lexus GS 350 F Sport...and the Kia Stinger GT1.....anyway the Kia is the best value hands down out of all of them and I was blown away with how it handles. I contacted Orlando Kia West and Domingo replied and was very professional throughout the process. The sales manager was great as well, and even though the F&I guy was new, he was professional and respectful. I recommend this dealership and coming from a previous Lexus and BMW owner, Kia has a winner with the Stinger

If you have a Kia and need service choose this location and speak to Jamie or Kevin and you won’t have to worry about a thing! They will make sure you are taken care of and keep you informed about your cars progress and what’s being done to your car every step of the way! They will also do the best job in the mechanics shop on your vehicle! They have a team of leading mechanics that will do work on your car in a reasonable time and have you on your way! Thanks Kia for being number 1!!!
