(January 28, 2019, 11:09 am)This place sits in the heart of Chinatown in Orlando. It is truly a supermarket as you will see when you walk in how big it is. It holds a bakery, large selection of fruits and veggies along with their frozen section. I was taken aback when I first went into this store because I never realized this store was here but I am glad that I stumbled on it because if I ever need to make a one stop shop, this place will definitely be on that list. It is located next to other stores on the strip and restaurants so you could literally make it a longer stay since there are plenty to do. I would definitely and plan to come back!
(December 11, 2018, 2:13 pm)Love the bakery here. Softest breads and cakes ever! I buy my dishes and sauces for my cooking here, and dried mushrooms. Great prices on produce too!
The location is a little dodgy. They usually have a police presence at the front of the store. I'm not sure if that's comforting or unnerving! But I go anyway.
Never had an issue, and I get a boba tea on the way out!
(November 21, 2018, 1:03 am)We were very pleased with our first delivery from 1st Oriental Supermarket. We received quality fresh fruit, veggies, pasta, sauce, eggs and bread. Everything was packed perfectly and left on my doorstep! Cold items remained cold in an insulted bag. Looking forward to our next delivery!
(November 9, 2018, 10:53 am)I know this super market in orlando for a while before I even moved to Orlando. This is one of the oldest supermarket in Orlando. Of course it has one of the most varieties when it comes to Asians grocery. I love their Cantonese BBQ stall inside the place, the food from there always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy a varieties of Asian produce.
(September 12, 2018, 5:08 pm)Great variety. Pleasant staff. Fresh fish. Only real issue is the odors. First when you enter the store (perhaps from the hot food department). Dirty bathroom. Just overall the whole place needs a good cleaning. A lot of things are sticky....
