With her wide range of techniques from Swedish or deep tissue, she was able to improve my range of motion and significantly decrease my discomfort. I have utilized Empower's services many times and I would highly recommend any one to try them!

I've taken the Aerial, Yin, and Flow classes and enjoyed them all. Last week I signed up for an hour full body massage and highly recommend it, super relaxing and really well priced. Definitely check this studio out
