  We were in Orlando for a short vacation and my husband became very ill. We went to Buena Vista Urgent Care about 15 minutes before they closed. I apologized that we were "those people" who waited until the last minute and the receptionist immediately told us that was what they were there for and not to worry about it. They took exceptional care of my husband and even dispensed the antibiotic he needed right there on-site. Clarista and Perla were exceptional and the doctor, I believe Dr. Becker, was awesome. These people work long hours and see people at their worse. We appreciated their kindness and competent care at the end of what was a long day for them. On the way out, we apologized again for making them stay late. Again, they told us that they were glad to help and wished us all the best. Exceptional medicine and exceptional customer service. Thank you!!

  A few weeks ago we were at Disney World visiting the parks with our troop and my father in law was having some chest discomfort. He previously had a silent heart attack so we did not want to risk it by brushing it off as being tired from the long drive. We did some checking around and conveniently found this urgent care. We were definitely not disappointed! From start to finish it was nothing less than outstanding. The front desk girls were very nice and polite, but the person that made all the difference from a bad situation was Samantha and of course Dr. Beckir. When called we were greeted with a smile and excellent bedside manner. To say the least my father in law is a character and she knew just how to handle him. She was professional, courteous, funny and genuinely kind. Thanks to the staff here we were able to resume the family fun at Disney that same day. As a Medical student I definitely approve.

  Nice clean office.
  Kind helpful staff.
  Fair wait time..first come first served.
  Dr. Becker is a good guy and treated my condition with competant care. He was even concerned about my financial burden..I have no medical insurance..but I found their prices to be fair.
  I highly recommend this office!

  Love this place. Came here for the first time last week feeling INCREDIBLY ill, was quickly and accurately diagnosed, and sent on my way with prescriptions that started to work within 12 hours of consumption. Brought my daughter in a few days later (who also got sick), and she was EXCELLENTLY taken care of as well. The Physicians have great "bedside manner" and the MAs /Front Desk personnel work hard to ensure you are seen swiftly and that your experience pleasant. This place is a Godsend. Thank you Buena Vista Urgent Care! :)

  I want to express how much I appreciate your time and patience with me. I walked in, filled out paperwork, and got seen within 5 min. The staff and doctor were professional and friendly. They listened and took good care of me. They quickly got my medicine and explained everything to me. The checkout was quick. Thank you for your time and patience.
