“The movers who came were friendly and did a great job loading and unloading our move across town. They worked efficiently and quickly. Zak, who helped set me up was also a great help. Their pricing was the best I found across multiple movers I checked and overall a great experience. I would encourage them to update their voicemail to at least say their company name instead of a standard "the number ______ is unavailable, please leave a message", since I had called a few times during business hours and no one answered with that generic voicemail, it made me question if it was a legitimate business (which thankfully Sam's is and I had a great experience once the time was set up and once the movers showed up to help move. This is the only reason it is 4 instead of 5 stars).”
