“I would highly recommend this hotel, it was great. I did a lot of research on different hotels, their rates and the amenities. We were there for a family trip to Disney and this was the perfect spot. The staff were all very nice, the rooms were great and the sleep number beds were absolutely fantastic! We had their breakfast each morning and we really enjoyed the selection of items both hot and cold. I will definitely be back here and be sure to check out other Radisson hotels when I travel outside of Orlando.”

“Pretty solid for a hotel restaurant in a mid range hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when we ordered room service. Prices were reasonable and they had good vegetarian options. I tried the Mediterranean salad which was a generous size and fresh. Also tried the veggie burger and fries. They topped the burger with onions and peppers which was a nice touch. Food was hot. The veggie burger did kind of fall apart, like the patty itself. Otherwise a great meal. Also did the breakfast buffet. I thought the breakfast was just okay compared to the ala carte menu. However there were good options and nice quality.”

We also received great service, and the pricing was great too, $40/person. You can't beat that deal! Did I say the food was delicious?! “What can I say....this place has AMAZING food! I am so impressed by this restaurant. Anytime I go to a new restaurant and they have a daunting size menu with a book size variety of options I always get prepared to be disappointed because few restaurants can pull off a large menu and not have mediocre food. Usually I find that a restaurant with only a handful of items will exceed your expectations because they will have mastered and perfected those few dishes.This was not the case here at all. First of all, we were a large group of 9 people with two of those under the age of 10. The food here was both unique, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Everyone walked away completely satisfied. The portions are large and not one dish lacked in flavor. I simply cannot wait to eat here again. They had the most unique, tasty, twist to healthy foods that I often struggle to get my kids to try much less expect them to like. The honey sriracha Brussels sprouts are delicious. There is something for everyone here. I look forward to eating there again????”

“First off. I go to buffets because everyone else in our family likes them. I am not a fan! I have to say this experience was nothing short of pleasant. I love their clam chowder and I felt mine wasn't up to temp. I asked an employee if it could be heated and while it couldn't they brought the manager over. He went and tested the temp and brought me a fresh bowl and crackers. He checked on me 3 or 4 more times to make sure I was happy and then gave me a discount on the pound I took home with me. Our server was a sweetheart and very attentive. Someone near us was having a birthday and the staff encouraged our whole section to chime in. Definitely one of the better ones I've had the pleasure of being at! Great service and amazing management!”

“I absolutely love this restaurant. I come here every time I'm in Florida and I wish they would expand into the North. Pollo tropical specializes in one thing and that's chicken. They offer Boston market style take home family size meals as well as a variety of individual options. My personal favorite is the tropichop you get a choice of protein a choice of base or starch and all the toppings you want. If you're on a diet or looking for a lighter option this is an excellent choice.”

“My husband and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary and all the staff were very sweet to us and even left us something special in our room and made sure we had a great room and great experience. The day we checked out I left my necklace in the room and called as soon as i remembered where i left it , they immediately found it and made sure i could get it and if not they were gonna ship it to me. This Marriott is the best one we have stayed at so far. The hotel is very nice and clean , the staff is all super nice and polite.”

“Was surprised by having to pay $15 for parking...unreal!!! Had a long wait to check in... and $3.50 for after is crazy! Other than that the rooms were awesome... people were super friendly... my issues are at the corporate level on charging crazy prices for normal things... had a great nights sleep and breakfast was amazing”

“Great free breakfast and location, location, location!!. Hungry? Walk down to the market place! Pizza, burgers, salads, Starbucks! You name it! Plus all that can be called up to your room by using room service. Need a shuttle to any Disney Park? They got them right outside the hotel. Huge swimming pool and hot tub and free hot breakfast every morning starting at 630am-11 with amazing options. You can't go wrong staying here! Will definitely be back!”

“first please note that this rental car service is essentially a counter inside the Hilton palace Vienna Vista at Disney springs hotel. It closes at 5 p.m. and you cannot pick up the car after 5 p.m. unless you pick it up earlier and park it and pay for the day parking at the hotel and also pay an extra day of rental service. O.J. who works in man's this station is incredibly helpful. He will give you all possible options if you need to work outside of 5 p.m. with other national car rental services in the area. I had to pick up the car at 8 p.m. from filter but it was closed so feeling for me to be picked up from the car service at Disney to their other national service and allowed me to pick up the car at 8 p.m. from their lot.”
