“Resident since July 2021 Pros: beautiful complex right by Sea World. We love the fountains that we can see from our balcony. This is definitely one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in the area. The lake in the center is great for taking a walk, and it’s a safe community. The people who work in the front office are very professional. Cons: they make you pay $15 a month for Fetch which is a completely unnecessary “delivery service” that should be optional. We can’t find a single resident who actually uses it, yet we are all forced to pay. It also takes a long time for maintenance to fix anything despite the high rent prices. Recently they stopped offering recycling or free lightbulb replacement which decreased the value of living here, yet our rent is the same (and will be going up). If you don’t pay extra for a garage and work late, it’s likely you’ll have to park a few buildings away because of limited spaces. Overall I recommend this complex, but I do worry that they will keep raising prices while taking away services as they have been doing in the short 7 months we have lived here.”
