“Highly recommend for anyone. I am in my third month of small group fitness sessions with JactFIT. Fitness is a passion for me, but over COVID I have struggled to find success. I have been doing triathlons for the last 6 years but my performance has started to slow down and I would get a minor injury every 3 - 4 months. I knew I had to make my body stronger. I am a 50+ year old lady with kids still at home, and a full time job so my availability is limited. I really appreciate that JACtFIT is in my neighborhood. I do not have to deal with the ever increasing traffic to get to the gym out on the main roads. There are group sessions at times I can make it, evening and early morning. The sessions are amazing. Jason's strength training knowledge stood out within the first 30 minutes. His attention to form and exercise detail met my expectations. There is never the same exact workout, Jason is always challenging my muscles. He has 3 different sessions; chest/back, legs, and arms. He monitors my heart rate, my weight on the bar, and my reps for all moves. After 10 sessions you get a complete analysis. If I go into a session with a muscle that feels sore, or weak there is a opportunity to change the exercise so I feel comfortable and challenged. I have been in classes with young adults, other women, men, he caters to his audience. An added bonus is Jason is such a positive influence in his gym. Not only working on making your body stronger but your mind. I am getting through longer swims/bikes/runs easier because yes, my muscles are getting stronger, but I repeat his positive messages in my head, pushing me to achieve my best. And let's not talk about nutrition, because it is discussed throughout the session. We have to fuel our bodies correctly to do what we want them to do. Jason always is willing to share his tidbits of advice. After 13 months of blah fitness I finally got my spark back and looking forward to be in the best shape of my life in the near future.”

“Update for recent changes: The food and beer is just as good as ever (with a slightly reduced food menu). They've added a take-home beer/mead/cider shop with even more options than on the regular menu, takeout food service, and started selling more retail games and accessories. The staff is as friendly and professional as ever. They're still doing a darn good job providing service while following public health guidelines. They've reduced seating and put the menus online only, and they sanitize the heck out of surfaces after guests leave. Masks are required for guests and staff. Board game library is open again! Video game lounge is closed indefinitely, don't think it's coming back. Everything is now credit/debit only in order to cut back on how often things get passed around. This is one of the very few public places I feel safe spending time in these days.”

“Not the best looking place on the outside truthfully. But i must say my family and I drive all the way from Miami for their food. Today we got ordered a little extra to try. Our usual was the Monster Burger. Delicious i must say. Then we ordered chicken tenders which were huge but so crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, same with the fried chicken. I mean mouth watering. Philly cheesesteak. Amazing. Potato wedges. Lamb over rice was really good. No pics because we devoured the food in seconds. That good”
