After years dealing with hearing loss and tinnitus, I decided to make an appointment with Lisa at Miracle Ear in Newport News. One word sums the visit up --- AMAZING! The entire process was flawless and very professional and knowledgeable. Lisa and her assistant were so caring and concerned about my feelings regarding my hearing loss.
My hearing devices were ordered, and I went back in a week later to be fitted. Everything was ready, and Lisa and her assistant demonstrated putting the aids into my ear canal. I was speechless, emotional and could not believe the difference. I could hear everyone clearly, the ringing was not noticeable.
Thank you Lisa, and I think Tomi, her assistant. I apologize if the spelling is not correct. Thank you for caring and taking me back to the "World of Hearing", as Lisa said when I walked out. Thank you for helping me.

They were very thorough in their testing, and provided me with information about how to get a grant to cover my hearing aids! I had to meet certain criteria, and my income made me eligible. However, I have a good credit score, which made me ineligible!🥺 They're going to do everything they can to get my (AARP United Healthcare Medicare) insurance's coverage to cover as much as they will. So I am a bit disappointed, but still very satisfied.

I was absolutely amazed with my visit. Vicki Colston greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. Lisa Kyprianou was so knowledgeable and so helpful. She genuinely seemed concerned and helpful financially. I came out of there with hope that I will actually be able to hear again. I just can't say enough. Very, very friendly and very, very professional. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear to others in need. It was life changing.
