  Windermere Veterinary Seevices is the best! I have been going here since it opened and before it opened was with Dr. Qasim at Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital. He has been my veterinarian for over 5 years. He is amazing and truly cares for animals. I have 4 huge dogs and he always accommodates me and my babies. He takes his time with each of them which is why I don’t mind waiting to see him because I know he takes all the time he needs to assess and treat every animal! I love that he offers yearly pet packages as this has saved me a lot of money through the years! The staff is great. I would highly recommend Windermere Veterinary Services and am happy that I found a Dr. whom I trust!

  We have been clients for 4 years and always have a great experience. The vet techs are so kind, getting down to our dogs level, making them feel comfortable. They are always on time, prices are fair and reasonable and the vets are very through in explaing all aspects of our dogs care. We love our pets very much and wouldn't take them anywhere else!

  Dr. Qasim and his team are absolutely wonderful.
  
  In the past year I moved up to Orlando from Chicago and had visited another vet office first, but wasn't impressed. When my 5 year old cat (who has had both of his hips replaced over the past couple of years) began to limp again, I started to fret. I wanted to go to a vet that was (a) nearby, (b) clean, and (c) reputable.
  
  Windermere Veterinary Services went above and beyond.
  
  The rooms were spotless, including the waiting area.Hospital Smells so good .
  
  The staff managed to get me an appointment for the same day, then remembered me when I showed up, and were happy to hear back when I called to check in (which they encouraged afterward).
  
  Dr. Qasim was thorough, went through my cat's records, asked a lot of questions, had done the hip replacement surgery before on another cat, and did a complete evaluation without X-rays. He was able to tell me exactly what is wrong, how to help him, and what needs to be done if plan A didn't work.
  
  My first visit was two weeks ago. They even brought out a blanket for her comfort. Amazing, amazing vet. They made a very hard day easier to handle.The next day they called me to see how he was doing. Today I received a card in the mail welcoming me to the "family" and wishing my cat and I the best.
  If you have a choice this is the best place to take a faithful companion for the best care.
  All the techs are extremely patient and helpful. I love this Place

  We moved recently and one of our cats had a tooth problem. Calling the office they got us in the same day and then arranged to take care of all the dental issues the next day on Saturday the doctor offered to board the cat for the night but we live close by and decided to bring the cat back the next day.
  
  Everything went well and the staff called around 2 PM to ask when we would come by and pick up the cat the staff prepared the medication for us which was very easy to give to our cat.
  
  But the best part was the fact that the vet called back in two days to follow up on how the cat is doing. The vet was overall very compassionate and helpful with us and our cat.
  
  Prices are very reasonable and the staff and the everything overall was very helpful and easy to go through.
  
  I would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody in the Windermere and Dr. Phillips area!!
