Shades of Green

I've stayed here a few times for a conference held on the property. This stay, like all the others before, has been great. The room is great. I actually had a small issue with my reservation (my fault, not the hotel's), but the young lady at registration, Angelica I believe was her name, was very helpful in resolving the matter.

We really enjoyed our New Year's holiday stay at Shades of Green. Our room was very nice - clean & roomy. The staff were friendly & helpful. We ate at the Express Cafe and the Garden Gallery and loved both - good food, good prices, good service. I highly recommend both the hotel & the restaurants there.

TOP NOTCH EVERYTHING!! One of the best experiences that my family and I have ever had. We travel the world often and we’ve been many places, so there’s a lot to compare it to. The customer service is amazing and all staff members are very cordial and go above and beyond to make you feel happy. The food is great and there’s an exchange with everything you’ll need in traveling situations. Bravo! We will definitely be coming back a lot. Thanks Shades of Green for being amazing!

Other then the hot water being messed up our entire stay, and my charger was missing until after it was reported to the front desk, the place is very nice. The kids enjoyed every minute. The buffet is wonderful. The staff is friendly. There is an exchange, a car rental place, a Starbucks, a buffet, and another restaurant. Beautiful inside.

We really like it. This Disney resort is for military and retired and families. It's very nice, clean, big pools, probably a lot more. So far we've left in the morning and come back at night so we're not experiencing much of it, but what we've seen is good. One suggestion to management is to post a bunch of signs on how to find the lobby. It's a twisty path to get to your room and easy to twist the wrong way on the return trip.
