And above...they are having issues..the homes though costly..the home owners have had to have installation blown ..in not energy efficient..no ceiling fans included..this , in itself ..could drive your electric bill up..not everything ..that seems Gold is...the community pool area is very nice..child safety..has been applied..great gym area..quiet atmosphere..and canoe rentals.. available
