“Highly recommend this office. Our daughter has been going there for several years. Dr. Soto is the best! He was one of the few dentist to accept our insurance. However, he also came highly recommended to me. I have also recommended my employees to go to him and he has treated their children with a lot of love. One of them had an emergency situation and needed same-day service – there were no other pediatric dentist in town that seem to understand the urgency of treating the child same day. I asked her where something was and she went above and beyond to understand my question, help me locate it, ask me if I needed help with something else. When I told her yes and described what I needed, even though she never heard of it she went out her way to ask another associate where it was located. That is a true definition of going above and beyond and caring for a customer.
