(September 11, 2018, 8:35 am)Jander has managed my property since 2008. When we moved to Philadelphia, they had a tenant that moved in 3 days later and stayed for nearly 10 years. And now, I have a new tenant going in with less than 3 weeks turnaround. I took most of their suggestions regarding updating and took care of some of the minor items myself. I would highly recommend the Jander Group for managing your rental property. The staff is professional and easy to work with.

Shout out to Kathy for her outstanding empathy and efforts to keep tenants comfortable and happy. Would definitely rent from again.

(July 9, 2018, 3:36 pm)We have partnered with Jander Group for nearly four years now to manage our property in the Orlando area. Living in another state was a huge concern initially, but Jander has done an excellent job overall with the managing of our property. We have had numerous maintenance issues (including hurricane damage) and Jander has always hired solid companies with fair prices. The only area for improvement that I would note is my desire for more communication up front on these maintenance issues/expenses. That being said, the team at Jander has always done a nice job of handling turnover quickly, screening new tenants, and being responsive to my requests. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing property management.

When we moved in the house had a few issues but they were extremely prompt in making sure things were taken care of. We would have continued to rent under Jander Group but we moved out of state due to new job experiences. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live that Jander Group is a great choice!
