In addition to the great customer service at the front desk, The attention to details in their booking process, and my overall experience, the products used are what stood out for me.

To my surprise The products did not irritate my sensitive skin. My skin felt the difference after each layer of product used.

Clean and professional as well as great prices compared to some other ones. The girl I worked with, Taylor, was very proficient but costumer service lacked a bit. Not very friendly or welcoming even though she did everything well. Sometimes great customer service, maybe just a smile from your technician means a lot. I have only had Hydra facials done and the results were great.
