(November 29, 2018, 6:52 am)I started the process of buying my first custom suit early 2018 for my wedding in the summer. My first appointment was with Elizabeth, who was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about suits. She was able to go into detail about the different options I had on the suit, when someone would wear a suit with a certain look. As an example, we talked about the 3 different type of lapels, how they could be altered and what type of lapel is best for what occasions. She helped me build the perfect suit in the price range I desired. It was also informational because she was even able to tell me about how one of my hips sits higher than the other. The one part that threw me off was that I had to pay the full price up front. This didn't bother me from a financial strain standpoint, but from the point of view that I just met this person and I'm giving her $1XXX without any collateral. As it would turn out, everything would be great. I got my suit a few months after the initial appointment and it looked amazing. The 2nd appointment was to have my first fitting and get it tailored to fit perfectly. The 3rd appointment I was able to take it home. Balani also gives 1 year of free alterations after you purchase your suit. Overall it was a great experience and I've been referring whoever I can to her for the best suit you can buy. When looking for a custom suit, Balani is the way to go.

When I made the decision of going the suit route, I decided on the color green, which didn't make my process of finding a suit any easier. Balani not only had the exact color I wanted, but Elizabeth my point person, made the process of picking colors, styles, and everything else in between such an enjoyable and exciting process. The final product was completely customized to my every liking. When it comes to custom suits and shirts, I won't go anywhere else. If you're in need of a custom suit or shirt, I strongly recommend giving Balani a shot.
