“Staff at this location is Fantastic. I had made a purchase online, I needed a different size, I called and Quintin took my call and held the item I needed. When I arrived, he went and got the item for me, the rest of the staff was very attentive and engaging. I made the exchange, didn't get the name of the lady who assisted me, but she was just as nice as everyone else. As I walked around Disney Springs, I wasn't comfortable in the shoes, so I went back to the store. Unfortunately, UA shoes don't seem to fit my feet well, bummer, because the shoe I purchased was very cool, but you can't win them all I guess, I am not upset at the fact. The greeter at the front spoke to me for a bit and was great, then I decided to just return the shoes and buy some other gear. Kevin helped me out, very attentive and nice, in between our interactions, every staff member I walked by offered assistance and was very friendly. Kevin was great however, and I hope he gets recognized, as well as Quintin. The gentleman who processed my exchange was really great as well, I didn't get his name, but I do remember he was wearing the sweat pants I was purchasing, he made a comment on how relaxing and comfortable they were. I know this is a long review, but it is well deserved, I tried going directly to AU to give a direct compliment, but couldn't find where to do it. The Management Team at this location should be very proud of the Staff, their level of service is 5 Stars for sure. Thank You, Eddie”

“This is their new location the former one over by Starbucks was a lot bigger and had a cool TV screen showing motorcycles and what have you. This one’s a lot smaller and feels more like a street with merchandise on the left and right side. Nice place to stop by and check out the merchandise. Staff was very friendly and was laid out nice. it’s Harley Davison‘s so the stuff is already overpriced (hence 4 stars) and number two it’s downtown Disney so it makes it even more expensive. There are no motorcycles for sale just two on display that you can take pictures on. if you’re looking to buy a bike you have to go to an actual Harley dealership this is like the former store, merchandise only.”

“I went shopping at Disney Springs with my friend from out of town. This store is well-appointed and tidy, with a wide variety of products. While they didn't carry a large selection of extended sizes, we received such excellent service in the store that once I got home, I hopped on their website. My friend had to get on a plane in a couple hours and her luggage was already packed, but no worries, the delightful gentleman that assisted us also wrapped up her purchases and they should arrive at her home in 5-7 days, no additional cost. Overall a stellar experience!”

“I’ve lived on and off Alafaya for six years, making this particular Walgreens a frequent stopping place, for munchies, toiletries, and currently my prescriptions! The Pharmacist Tracy is such a dedicated and hard working pharmacist, this was my first year having insurance and it was locslized by my mother's address's because I a college student moving every year has led me to not change my mailing address/driver license because if need be that's my home. Reason for all that my insurance company wanted me to to lake Mary to fill my prescriptions and somehow she made it work, she expressed being on the phone with them for over and hour to resolve my issue. When she sees me approach the pharmacy dept she grabs my script knowing me by name ready to check me out. I started a new medication and whether this is her or store policy (either way awesome) calling me a few days later to see how I was adjusting, I really couldn’t believe it. I will be coming to this Walgreens as long as they keep her as pharmacist.”
