“I was terrified to go to the dentist after I had bad experiences at other places. However, everyone here was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Karen did my xrays and debridement. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr Wendi answered all of my questions, provided information to help me take care of my teeth, and made me laugh. She is very sweet and down to earth, and explained my treatment plan step by step. Maria was very nice and scheduled all my follow up appointments and explained everything with my insurance. There was minimal waiting and unlike other dentist office's. We did not feel like we were on an assembly line. Just need to lose the rehearsed greeting and make it more authentic.
