He is scared to death of needles and hates going to the hospital! I am a nurse but didn't make that known. Everyone was kind, caring and very informative. Bedside manner is super important to me and they get a ????. I wish I could remember their names. The nurse had a wonderful sense of humor and made my son laugh and feel as comfortable as possible. Respiratory tech was great as well! He explained everything better than any tech I have ever came in contact with. We were in and out in under 3 hours. No wait at all! Thank you for a great experience! My son was feeling better by the next day. ????”

However, he also came highly recommended to me. I have also recommended my employees to go to him and he has treated their children with a lot of love. One of them had an emergency situation and needed same-day service – there were no other pediatric dentist in town that seem to understand the urgency of treating the child same day. I asked her where something was and she went above and beyond to understand my question, help me locate it, ask me if I needed help with something else. When I told her yes and described what I needed, even though she never heard of it she went out her way to ask another associate where it was located. That is a true definition of going above and beyond and caring for a customer.
