“The food was delicious and I cannot say enough good things about the employees. We had a party of 8 and while we had to wait any 45 minutes, we arrived at a very busy time (about 8 pm) and it was packed and they got us seated as soon as they could and they helped us first timers decide what to order. Everyone we talked to, including the manager was great. Again the first was fantastic and we can't wait to go again. We don't have one where we come from so it was a great experience.”

“Pretty solid for a hotel restaurant in a mid range hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when we ordered room service. Prices were reasonable and they had good vegetarian options. I tried the Mediterranean salad which was a generous size and fresh. Also tried the veggie burger and fries. They topped the burger with onions and peppers which was a nice touch. Food was hot. The veggie burger did kind of fall apart, like the patty itself. Otherwise a great meal. Also did the breakfast buffet. I thought the breakfast was just okay compared to the ala carte menu. However there were good options and nice quality.”

“What can I say....this place has AMAZING food! I am so impressed by this restaurant. Anytime I go to a new restaurant and they have a daunting size menu with a book size variety of options I always get prepared to be disappointed because few restaurants can pull off a large menu and not have mediocre food. Usually I find that a restaurant with only a handful of items will exceed your expectations because they will have mastered and perfected those few dishes.This was not the case here at all. First of all, we were a large group of 9 people with two of those under the age of 10. The food here was both unique, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Everyone walked away completely satisfied. The portions are large and not one dish lacked in flavor. I simply cannot wait to eat here again. They had the most unique, tasty, twist to healthy foods that I often struggle to get my kids to try much less expect them to like. The honey sriracha Brussels sprouts are delicious. There is something for everyone here. I look forward to eating there again????”

“First off. I go to buffets because everyone else in our family likes them. I am not a fan! I have to say this experience was nothing short of pleasant. I love their clam chowder and I felt mine wasn't up to temp. I asked an employee if it could be heated and while it couldn't they brought the manager over. He went and tested the temp and brought me a fresh bowl and crackers. He checked on me 3 or 4 more times to make sure I was happy and then gave me a discount on the pound I took home with me. Our server was a sweetheart and very attentive. Someone near us was having a birthday and the staff encouraged our whole section to chime in. Definitely one of the better ones I've had the pleasure of being at! Great service and amazing management!”

“I absolutely love this restaurant. I come here every time I'm in Florida and I wish they would expand into the North. Pollo tropical specializes in one thing and that's chicken. They offer Boston market style take home family size meals as well as a variety of individual options. My personal favorite is the tropichop you get a choice of protein a choice of base or starch and all the toppings you want. If you're on a diet or looking for a lighter option this is an excellent choice.”

“Had a great experience here with my family of 4. The staff were exceptional and the venison with risotto was very good though under seasoned. A dash of salt really made the flavors pop though and my wife used Parmesan shavings to top off her risotto. The cheese plate though was the true star of the night. This is definitely a place I’d return to. Had it not been for the need to add seasoning, mild though it was, and the lack of a bathroom without physically exiting the restaurant space, this would be a 5 star review. Though I can easily see how a return visit would convince me to amend this review to a 5 star review as it’s shortcomings are few and minor.”
