“The crew of All Seasons Roofing and Repair did an amazing job. The quality of their work was excellent, but that’s just the beginning. They were very sensitive to the weather, being sure not to expose our roof to the possibility of rain. A wonderful team of men, all very courteous and professional, went beyond just replacing our roof. They completely rebuilt my chimney, installed new skylights, cut in new ridge vents on several gables, and replaced rotted fascia and bad roof decking. On top of that, they were very neat and cleaned up constantly. One of my neighbors commented that she had never seen a roofing company as neat and professional as they were. By the time they were done, you felt like they were family and sad to see them go. After they removed the trash dumpster from our driveway, the driver came back and swept away any debris that was left behind. Amazing! We are sincerely grateful to the team: to Arnold, Arnell and everyone that is part of All Seasons Roofing and Repair. They really did an excellent job for us.”

“There are roofing companies... and then there is Florida Universal Roofing who did a MARVELOUS job at BOTH my primary home's roof and my rental property. The crew could have just left when the job was done... but the crew at Florida Universal Roofing went above and beyond and offered to paint damaged trim that critters had chewed up years ago. They ALSO FIXED any damage they caused, which was not much, instead of turning the other way. The crew repainted my ENTIRE garage door due to a small stain caused during work to replace my roof. They could have said "That damage was already there..." but they did not. They also plan on repairing a broken sprinkler head at my neighbor's. And by the way... their work on the new roof is spectacular! The people and support behind-the-scenes make a difference between Florida Universal Roofing and other roofing companies.”

Unfortunately, my regular roofer no longer works with tiles which lead me to seek out another company. After a long process, I found Tip Top Roofing. I can honestly say that they gave me a competitive quote and made sure that I was comfortable in using them. Scooter came to my property twice to make sure that all the necessary repairs were agreed upon before a final quote was provided. He understood that I needed the job done right and I wasn't about to give the business to just anyone. As for the quality of workmanship, its truly top notch. They repaired a missing tile and damaged decking plus made repairs to loose caps, stacks as discussed. They even took pictures!! I would highly recommend this company.
