Luckily, The Resistance Rose does both! Caroline was so sweet and helped arrange a time for us to have everything done in one visit. Jeff was actually supposed to be taking time off, but came in and did our tattoos so we only had to make one trip. Their business is clean and they are both very thorough in the process and explanation of their service. My eyebrows turned out excellent and our tattoos are done perfectly. Caroline and Jeff were so accommodating, super friendly and true professionals at their craft. I am very happy we had the chance to meet them, and couldn't be happier with their work--I highly recommend them both!”
