Today at the airport I casually walked in to see if they could replace the part for me easily. Luis took my watch to see if he had the part, polished all of the scratches from the face, and Nico helped me look for a potential new watch that could fit my evolving needs and style. While Luis did not have the necessary part to fix my watch, he gave me a replacement band for free and continued to help me find the watch that suited my needs. My old watch is now like it's brand new! Nico & Luis worked as a perfect team helping me determine exactly what I liked and didn't like. They were never too pushy and I loved the whole experience (and this is from someone who hates shopping). Great job! This brand has definitely earned my loyalty.”
