“I disagree with the posts above. I showed up here with a parcel that I wanted sent to Zephyrhills, FL to save me the 1hour 40 minute drive (one way) and associated rental car costs. I'm here in Orlando on a 24 hour layover as a result of my work. I brought my parcel hoping to deliver it personally but I went online last night to check out mail options. In spite of the the reviews, I made the 9 minute walk from my hotel here to the UPS store and within 5 minutes, Mr Velasquez, the employee on duty, had my parcel underway. I think people have unrealistic expectations in life and perhaps leave themselves to o ittle time enroute to the airport to get things done. I'm very happy with my experience at this UPS store location. Cheers”

They gave me a pretty good estimate on what the damage would be too repair my laptop and it was a pretty appealing price. “I went thru the reviews before I decided to go with them,and like most people when you get to those negative ones you kinda wonder. But, wonder not because they are very good and their communication is great. I had a 55” LG 4K that had all 3 hdmi ports short out after a storm, and had all but decided to but a new t.v. But after speaking with them I went ahead and had them do the work,because of shipping issues it took a week longer. But I got it back and it works great,and let’s be honest,T.V. repair is a lost art because we have become a society of throw away things,but these guys took care of me and I highly recommend them.”
