The store manager, Janet, took time to explain the different Cricut machines to me and the things I'm able to do with it. As a result of her excellent customer service, I purchased the most expensive Cricut machine they had because I felt very informed on the product after talking with her. She even told me about classes I can take there to become more familiar with my machine...???? Kudos to Janet for a job well done!! That, and the complacency of "we're here for the $$$" so you can't find what you need for a specific project bc they can't validate the space for the small item. I reject smugness. Otherwise, they'll work with you or direct you to online for help.”

“We love Ross for their great selection and awesome prices on name brand items at Discount Store prices. I buy all my cologne there and it is cheap enough to use as aftershave. Usually less than half of the original "Mall Store" price! My son and I stopped in this store on a Saturday and it was unusually busy. So much so that I decided not to stand in a very long line to buy my favorite cologne. We can always return another day. You may want to shop this store during the week or at off peak hours. He spent a good 20 min with me giving me options of who I could contact that may have this machine and the importance of making sure they use this machine for the hem line. He had excellent customer service and speaks English very well. His work space is in his garage at his home residence. It is very clean and professional.
