  Excellent store, excellent customer service!!
  
  I have never done crafts before but I wanted to get started. The store manager, Janet, took time to explain the different Cricut machines to me and the things I'm able to do with it. As a result of her excellent customer service, I purchased the most expensive Cricut machine they had because I felt very informed on the product after talking with her. She even told me about classes I can take there to become more familiar with my machine...????
  
  Kudos to Janet for a job well done!! I will definitely be shopping at that store again even though it is a 35 minute drive for me. (Sharon D.)

  Frame department was amazing, the whole staff were helpful and polite. They had a variety of options to choose from. Very satisfied.

  Lines at the cutting desk can be a bit crazy, but I love that I can take a number and wander the store rather than be chained to that station waiting my turn. They don't always have everything I'm looking for, but they are very nice and order whatever they can if I ask them to.

  Clean and well organized. Haven't run into any issues of them not having a large portion of items, except for holiday items that they've run out of. They are in a busy shopping center somewhat to the back. Parking isn't really a problem, but the traffic coming in and going out of the shopping center can be hectic

  Tongue depressors. Struck out at grocery, pharmacy, party stores. Joann's had them - in a variety of sizes. Maybe not as good as some craft stores, but very pleased that Joann's is conveniently close and pretty well stocked.
