“Excellent store, excellent customer service!! I have never done crafts before but I wanted to get started. The store manager, Janet, took time to explain the different Cricut machines to me and the things I'm able to do with it. As a result of her excellent customer service, I purchased the most expensive Cricut machine they had because I felt very informed on the product after talking with her. She even told me about classes I can take there to become more familiar with my machine...???? Kudos to Janet for a job well done!!
