And quick / responsive - when you are worried about your animal you just want people to hurry. They were wonderful. He was fine. Great service, excellent care plan and very affordable. The windows in the care room went to the floor - I think he would have been just as happy to stay there all day. Easy location. Just a great place!”

It was great to have a team and I mean TEAM that was truly there for what you wanted and needed for your family and not out for their own. They took their time with us and gave us so many recommendations as if they were buying the house themselves. They had so much knowledge and other facts about the neighborhood, including traffic patterns during different times of the day and how the proximity of certain schools would affect our drives. When we finally found a home, there were some things in the inspections that needed specialists to come out and verify and rectify. We were unable to make both of those important visits but here comes Tracy and Shane to the rescue, making it part of their business to be there on our behalf. They are truly the symbolic needle in the haystack agents we were looking for. We were not looking nor did not purchase a million dollar property. However, Shane and Tracy made us feel just as important and that says a lot.
