“Superb customer service. There are plenty of cars and the ladies that work the station are very accommodating. Even the bus driver to pick me up from Disney and brought me to this property was very friendly and helpful. Beware that getting to this car care center can be a little tricky because to New roads have been opened up and you have to cross at 3 Lane mini highway to get across to there location. Google Maps has not been updated with the two new side roads.”

“Good selection of various drink and snack items. Decent breakfast options when you’re in a hurry. Speedway also has a really good loyalty program. Friendly service is entirely non existent though. Many of the employees have a limited command of the English language (especially the ones behind the counter making the food) and they love to scream and yell.”

“I wasn't sure what Disney's idea was other than to fill space. They went with the theme of "It's a Wonderful Life" for this little hole in the wall shop. It's actually cool because if you're looking for Disney theme Christmas ornaments, this is the place. But I really wasn't, so I didn't find anything that jumped out at me. Otherwise, it was general Disney merchandise for souvenirs. ”

“Great cocktails, sushi and l every night friendly karaoke. Great for adults but definitely not a fit for kids. Superb table and bar layout for solo, duos or any size of group. Sophisticated vibe without being stuffy. Staff is incredible on all fronts. Place often gets filled with loud buzz of every table talking and laughing, having great time and cheering whoever is singing however good or bad. Everyone is supportive of whoever takes the mike. I've been here many many times on business over numerous years. If someone has a bad time here it's a fluke or they brought it in themself.”

“The best way to get around the area. The Friendship Fleet has a friendly crew. I think the longest we've had to wait for a boat is about 15 minutes. They make stops at the Yacht/Beach Club, The Boardwalk, Swan/Dolphin, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.”

“Better than beaches and cream . I ate at both yesterday and ordered the grilled chicken sandwich at both places. Beaches and cream the chicken breast was small and a few french fries. For about $12.95. And only a 10% discount for disney vacation club. Over at the fountain the grilled chicken BLT sandwich was better a thicker bigger chicken breast and a lot of French fries. I mean a lot. For about $14.00 but even though its not a disney property they give you a 20% discount for DVC. Go figure that one. And for $7.50 a huge sundae and for $1.00 extra make it a superstar. Over all a better place and no long lines . and they don't hit you with reservations only . Service was great.”

Shane at Omelet station made best omelet EVER, Lee our waiter kept our service perfect, refills on everything, clean plates, FOOD was delicious and worth every cent!!!! “I stayed at the Dolphin resort for a conference. My employer paid for the room. The Dolphin is a beautiful hotel overall, especially the lobby. Every employee I met was unfailingly polite, friendly, and helpful. It was truly a Disney experience service wise. There were some flaws here in there, which if I were paying for the room myself, would have annoyed me. My room was surprisingly small and the windows overlooked machinery and buildings. To be fair, I was attending a conference, and I'm sure that there are smaller, shabby your rooms that are reserved for conferences. I know that they get a lower negotiated rate than the regular rooms, but the experience left me a little cold. The room had two double beds. I honestly can't remember the last time I went to a hotel that had double beds. Even the pillows were hanging off the sides because the pillows were queen-sized. Then again, if the beds were queen-sized, the room would have been even smaller. I also saw noticeable marks on the elevator doors, some very worn and tattered carpets on the first floor where the guest rooms were, and the tap water tasted simply awful. All that said, the towels were very nice, the restaurants served delicious food although it was quite expensive (that's my company's problem, not mine), and there were lots of paved walkways to take long walks. I'd like to say that I would go there again, but only if someone else paid. I will not likely to ever have enough money to stay there.”

“I had the pleasure of dining in this cafeteria style quick service restaurant last week and it didn’t disappoint. The food was extremely delicious despite being on a budget. There are a few quick stations where you can choose your foods... they have a sandwich station, a grill station, pizza and pasta and then a home cooked meals station. Breakfast is served every morning at all the stations... there is a full bakery and snack areas and tons to choose from for drinks, including alcohol. A great place to eat and drink when staying at the Pop Century...”
